I get the same way! I can be fine..relaxed, confortable. laughing, and then all of a sudden WHAM..I will get anxiety symptoms. I find that mine are usually the worse at the end of the month. Then I will be fine for say..2 weeks and think..wow I am actually feeling pretty well for a change and then it will just hit me out of the blue. I dont know why that happens. I think the reason for this is it is just not under control. As much as medicines may help, it is still a battle going on everyday in our minds and sometimes I think the anxiety just has an upper hand on that particular day/days.
I noticed you mentioned dizziness. I get that ALL the time...sometimes worse..sometimes bearable...but it is always there. Do you get like an off balance feeling? Sort of like a buzz feeling??? I get all the symptoms you get. The palpitations you are talking about..are those a feeling as though your heart is doing flip flops in your chest?? Like a 'fluttering'??? I have been getting those off and on all day long for weeks now. My dr. gave me Zoloft but I HATE taking medicines..How does it make you feel? Any side effects?? The problem with me is...I am scared to take the med. And I hear you on the weekends. I mostly spend my time in bed as well, because I feel so crummy.
God bless!
