Everything. I know its panic...cause i can distract myself from it. But the min Im not distracted my body freaks out again. I hate it I hate it I hate!!! needed to vent sorry

Especially after Monday... Just as you think you got it in control BOOM it blows up in your face... Would not wish this on the worst of my enemies...

I hate how you have a good week and the say to your hubby, Hey hunny I had A great week I bet next week will be good to and then next week turns into a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You ever talk to someone and you say something about having an anxiety disorder and they respond with ..oh yea I've had an anxiety attack before. Tryin to sympathize with you and you just want to scream and rip their head off and explain to them loudly that having an anxiety attack once or twice in your life is yes scarey but NOT the same thing as having a disorder?!!?!?!?!?! Grrrr... But you dont..you just smile and shake your head cause they dont really mean any harm!

Ps: aside from hating my panic immensly this week, I am also really moody. LOL

Well now your talking my language
Was here last night and WAVES of panic kept rolling in washing over me like no tomorrow
I was literally vibrating as if standing out in cold buck naked
I have not had one as bad as that in so long and it scared the living **** outta me
I took an ativan nothing ........waited a half hour ( sublingual) took another still nothing got Ticked off at the world and got my hot milk and crawled into bed was in there by 7 last night again
I have to regroup and get it together
I need to find me again.....plan on taking this weekend to do just that I NEED TO
I am so moody I really am not liking me at all

I hate it when I get up and I'm having a great day then al of a sudden BAM it slaps you in the face. Everything from then own goes down hill. I just want to laugh out loud and be able to see the beauty in the world not just the bad things.

 

Lyn if you find yourself this weekend PLEASE look for the real me and if you run across real me please send her home.
