Hi btfinvy..Relax - I have felt exactly like you are right now many times in my life..you Will be ok - don't worry! It's just a matter of going back to your doc. for an adjustment/change of meds and possibly a little counselling thrown in for good measure
When life feels stink sometimes it's a good idea to distract ourselves from overthinking - maybe doing something nice for someone else, taking up a new hobby, jigsaws are great, anything that takes your fancy really.
