yea ive seen it .......... looks like a scam just like everything else you see on tv but thats just my opinion

I have seen it too and I beleave it is a scam. Be careful there ate lots of them out there.

I own the Attacking Anxiety program & I went through the whole program about 2 years ago. I have to say that it really, really helped me. I was also taking medication at the time and was able to get off the meds eventually. The program costs about $500 but for me it was worth it. You have to be really open to following the program and ready to deal with your anxiety head on- which can be very scary. I still listen to the tapes on a regular basis.

I work at a teleservices company and we take calls for Midwest Center (as well as many other products and services). It is quite expensive, and the calls are torture for me, the callers are usually quite desparate, and I was having a difficult time with this. My friends here helped me through it, and I learned to "distance" myself a bit, so I wouldn't go into a major panic episode at work. I did take a look on Ebay today, and all these programs are available second-hand at a reduced cost... I only mention this in case anyone really wants to try these types of programs... it is a more affordable option.

Is that the thing with the tapes? My sisters bought that and it didn't help them a bit.

Anything off the TV half the time is a scam. I just can't believe ppl play on our disorder just to make money for themselves. It's sick.

I totally agree Twiggygal... I have no problem selling vacuum cleaners and exercise programs, but this one is very hard for me to deal with! I just have to put my mind somewhere else when I get one of those calls.

I sell magazines Bear... but magazines are something people want ...

We want to get better... we don't want to be duped into being something that is just a scam... millions of people just like us out there have no answers and keep spending hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars to cure this disorder...

but they find no answers from these products.. they recieve no help... I only wish they could all find healing well. :)

I didn't think this program was a scam at all and it has helped me quite a bit since I got it. The relaxation tape has helped me get over my insomnia bout so even getting over that was worth the money to me.
