Joe Not So Cool,
I'm so sorry that you are in such a bad way right now, it's horrible to feel that way, I know. A couple of months ago I was in pretty much the same place as you are right now, every symptom in the book, terrifying thoughts that were just out of control, waking to early, all day anxiety and panic attacks that seemed to last for hours on end. I'm doing much better now, upped my meds a bit, and starting working on my cbt...I especially like Claire Weekes, so I started reading and re-reading her books until it finally sank in again and started to work for me. You are going to make it through this, try some calming deep breathing or relaxation exercises. Allow more time for your meds to kick in, as Normal mentioned they take time to work, so try and be patient about that.
Funny that you mention the pupil thing, I have the same thing and it used to scare the life out of me, but my pupil has been this way for at least 17 years...that's when I noticed it and nothing has ever happened to me. It's safe to say that it is not an indicator of anything serious or deadly...I think something would have happened to me by now. It sounds like you've had it thoroughly checked out, so maybe you could try to accept that the doctor's are right and that it's not a sign of something awful that you have.
You hang in there and keep posting, there are alot of wonderful people here who know what you are going through and can offer some great advice. I do hope that you will start to feel better very soon!!!
P.S. Don't google your symptoms...it's too scary for people with anxiety :)
