hi shawn, yes i agree about
the foods we eat. as they say we are what we eat. i know that caffeine and sugar are big culprits in disease, and anxiety. sugar can also trigger hypoglycemia attacks. anxiety and hypoglygemia(low blood sugar) have the same symptoms. caffeine can also cause low blood sugars. i suffer both from anxiety, panic attacks and hypoglycemia attacks. it is hard for me to tell which one i am having. i have purchased a glucometer to check my blood sugars. i have been attached to this machine. i cant leave home without it. i am obsessed with it. i always reach for it when i start feeling anxiety. if it is a low sugar then i have to take in sugar, and eat something good, if its normal then i know its a panic attack. the unsweetend cocoa sounds good. how do you drink it. are you feeling better with your diet change. im sure it helps. hope you are...god bless
