I can relate to that. I was on my way to work yesterday and had a very bad panic attack while on the freeway. I felt like I couldn't breath, I couldn't tell if I was making sense when I talking and I couldn't concentrate on what was being said to me. It only lasted about
30-45 minutes but I was mentally and physically drained for the rest of the day. I had tension in my neck and a pounding headache that couldn't even be helped by Advil. By 5:00 pm I felt like I couldnt move I was so exhausted, even making dinner was so hard because I just didn't want to move.
As far as working out, I would do very light cardio because it may lift your mood. I know for me I have to do atleast 30 minutes a day on my treadmill jogging/walking even when I am tired because I sleep better at night if I tire myself out during the day.
