Thanks Tammy...I dont really feel like someone is trying to make me have an attack, its more like the fear that they all know I am going crazy inside. I didnt word that correctly. I have found SOOOO much help in here all ready! I am so glad I found a place where others 'get it". My therapist is world renound for anxiety sufferers and I just stumbled upon him here at the university. He told me to read this book called, Dont Panic. Its great. One of the tips is when you start to feel a panic attack, wiggle your toes. I know this sounds wierd, but you do it, it instantly causes you to relax, and then I sit up straight, readjust myslef in my class chair and roll my shoulders back. That usually stops it there. If not, I think about
myself doing a yoga pose on a beach with no one else there...that usually works too. Its a mind over matter thing. So if you can get your mind to refocus...its worth it.
And I am constantly exhausted. I know its from my anxiety..so I take a lot of naps :)
Thanks for the insight! mUCCH APPRECIATED!
