are we here to help the sufferers or to protect and glorify the medical profession?
BTW most psychiatrists, even those who specialise in anxiety, have never had a panic attack, even though they can be induced with several chemicals
some professionals bully and work off their own frustrations on their anxiety patients
Although I have never had anyone suggest I have an affair I have been to some sketchy therapists so I think I see what you are saying and would agree with what you are trying to do here. That's why I like CBT therapists so much because instead of telling you what to do, they teach you how to help yourself. My CBT practitioners were great and even though none of them had ever had panic attacks some had previous problems with anxiety and they did have us read the book by sam obitz because he had them and got better through the use of CBT. I think you really have to be careful when picking a therapist.
