Hi Puffy,
I agree with many of the things you've talked about but I also believe that although we may all be living in the same world, we are all having very different experiences and therefore our perceptions differ greatly. Some people are more sensitive to many of the environmental factors you've mentioned while others are able to plug along day after day without having any major reactions to any of it. I am a firm believer that we are wired up a certain way, hormonally, chemically, etc... but I also believe that a person's life experiences impact how they cope with any given situation. So I guess what I am trying to say is that I think it would be impossible to definitively blame any one "factor" for anxiety, panic, or depression. It is what it is, different "things" will work for different people, and it's ultimately about being there for each other which is what makes this site so great. Welcome to you and thanks for the post. Have a great day!!
