Hi Tat2me. My name is Nick. Welcome to our family. I am really sorry to hear that you are in a constant state of panic. It's scary, I know. The first thing that I would do is see your doctor as soon as possible. There are some medications that will help you cope. In the meantime, try to do anything to keep your mind off the worry that is assoriated with the anxiety. Take a nice warm bath (if you have candles the better). Try the deep breathing and while you are doing it, think in your mind of something pleasent like walking bare foot in the sand at the beach. Go for a small walk or listen to some music. Read a magazine or a newspaper. And finally, keep coming back to these forums as you will probably see a lot of people (including me) with the same problems or questions. Try not to drink a lot of caffine which is a big stimulant.
