Get Your Mammo's

Thank you Eve for your concerns....and advices...I've been doing my mammo since I was 38.....I do it every year,never missed one....but this year in December I had breast implants,over the muscle,I had a digital mammo in March,but now I am worried that there will always be a missing spot that mammo cannot detect....so I decided that next year I will have mammo and MRI.It is expensive...but will have to do it..

I was having one every year until my husband's insurance said they won't cover one on me but every two years until I turn 50. I am 47. And the last one I had they did a mammogram and a CAD view also. And things looked good. So since then I have been having them every two years. There is no history of breast cancer in my family, so I think I am ok there. Will have one this December though as it will have been two years. I do check for lumps every month though and my gynecologist checks them also every year.
