I go through that and I do not know why it happens, sometimes I just cry and let the emotions out and then take a deep breath and tell myself to get on with it. I am fine and I just have to accept who I am.
Everyone has their moments. My pdoc thinks alot of the times the dips I hit are situational and I have to agree with that. I can not control what is going on around me, I can only control me.
I can read a good book or watch a good movie and many times just coming here is all I need to get back on track.
