Hey im jus wondering if any got any little tips on coping with anxiety
Somethings that help me are, getting enough sleep, avoiding caffeine and energy drinks if im having heart palpitations. Getting things done really quickly before i hav chance to develop anxiety attack. Telling myself im allowed to worry bout certain things. Concentrating on my own breathing can help me prevent a panic attack when i feel it comin on
If any got any others plz share, i kno certin things work for certain ppl. meditation stuf never workd for me.
