Having a melt down

Oh I am so sorry I wasnt on last night to give you some good vibes. Been there. My son is 18 and any time he goes out I worry about "the call" from the police or hospital.
I used to smoke and I always felt like I would die from it, so I gave it up. Now the panic is much beter!

Feel free to vent anytime sodell!! I dont have any kids but i can relate to the worrying! My mom and i are very close and when she goes out of town or something i worry about her constantly and my husband too, it's almost like it becomes an obsession and i cant stop worrying no matter how hard i try! It is normal to worry about the people you love but dont let it worry you to the point where it decreases your quality of life! Especially if nothing has really happened yet! And no you dont sound insane! You sound like a normal person dealing with some emotional problems like everyone else! NO one is here to judge you! And everything you said makes perectly good sense to me except for worry about the breathing problems but still smoking.(smile) Thats a nasty habit (no offense) and i'm sure that can add to your breathing problems. I've never been a smoker but i know any habit is hard to break because i have some bad habits that i've been trying to break for years! I hope your son made it home ok and i hope you are ok!!! Your'e right because when i get those rare days that i dont have anything to worry about i feel so crazy!! Then i start wondering why am i so happy today and not worrying about anything! Thats a shame when you are so use to feeling crappy that when you feel good you dont understand!

Hehe i go crazy wen i hav a gud day aswel   bring on the gud days !!! Also on gud days i end up worrying about wht im gonna worry about if tht makes sense.
