you just feel off, i kinda hate it, its like you don't have alot of focus and your whole day is scrambled

oh yeah... all the time....

I'll feel almost dizzy and just out of it all day... almost like derealization and almost like I need to take my meds sort of feeling...

Same here, its the day wher everything ges wrong becoz I cant concentrate enough todo anything properly

I think we all tend to have them even those that dont suffer from this DD
Although we are more prone to them IMHO

Oh yes, I have days like that, my ditzy daze.  Really I have days when I just don't feel right and I sure don't know what is wrong. 

I truly believe that we all have them so we could maybe have a one day a week "scrambler" party.

Hi Machelle,   I most definitely have days like that.  On days like that I can't function, I usually don't get out of my pj's and can't even think about cooking supper.  Fortunately, we keep stuff here that even my husband can cook for supper (he can't cook very well so it has to be simple - LOL).  So yes, you aren't alone in this - I'm sure there are many others here who also have days like this.   Take care, Wen

Once I slept in the bathroom so I would be close to the toile. I sleep in a bed now!

I have days like this all the time!! I believe that people who don't suffer from anxiety have them too but they're able to just chalk it up to being tired or "off"... us anxiety sufferers usually get panicky and think "OH GOD WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME NOW......" Then I start thinking of all the worst case scenarios and figure that I'm going crazy, blah blah blah

Why the heck we do that to ourselves is so beyond me, I think it goes back to the whole overthinking, hypersensitivity thing, just my opinion.

Machelle you are definitely not alone on this one :)

Me too. I hate that loopy feeling. It really drives me nuts when I'll be sitting at the desk or lying on the couch numbly for hours, knowing that there are productive things I could do, even just little tiny things, but I can't summon the wherewithal to get up and go do any of them. Bleah!

Well we all agree it is normal to have the off days.........now enough for me.  I am going to order some on days.  devil

I want to have fun, girls just want to have fun.........oh yeah.
