me feeling like i goin to fall apart. i got the night sweats back and now i am having hip pain from hurting my leg on the tractor , a limb flew up and pinched my leg hurting my hip bent the seat side ways, cracked my shin pretty good and a big scratch but no insurance so i am living with it too. sorry to be down, but my side is still hurting and now i got nausea which i think is gall bladder problems, i will be so glad when we get out of debt next month so we can get insurance, i just wanted to say i love u guys for always being there for me

Was it a John Deere?  Did that put a smile on your face?  I am so sorry you had an accident and I do know they can hurt like heck.  I am very grateful that you did not break anything.  I will pray for your speedy recovery and remember you have all of us here that consider you part of the HW family.

i am doin o.k. sometimes i wish i could feel normal and relaxed in life so i would enjoy things more, i was so relaxed when we went on a quartz dig in mount ida in arkansas and just sitting in a high place just relaxing but at home i can't for some reason. thanks u guys for your kind comments

When I am really busy and doing things I enjoy, time doesn't matter. When I am free, and have nothing to do I PACE. It's so annoying. I just can't value "me - time" very well. I think we expect too much of ourselves maybe ??? When we have free time we have to "fill it" with usefulness. Dumb, but true to me. I am glad you are feeling better. Truly do

Whatever that means

I believe in all honesty YOU have to have "me time" and find a relaxing place in your mind to go to and enjoy if only for 15 to 30 minutes a day

YOU deserve this
WE all do

I am happy next mth will be insurance month for you anfd you wil be able to see docs and find out JUST what all is going on with you

I'm sorry you got hurt, and I'm hoping and praying that the pain in your side can be diagnosed and treated as soon as possible. I know you've been tested already for many of the things that it could be, and I'm grateful that nothing serious has turned up.

Try to stay in the moment, especially during this wonderful outdoor season. I'm always so grateful that I live in an area where I can still go outside and have a little space and clean air, and a bit of a view, at least of the woods. It sounds like you may have a similar location, and I wish you all the peace that can come with it.

all my life it seems there was never a total me time , its like i feel i have to fill every minute i not to be selfish and think of myself, i realize it sometimes that i am doing this its just hard to stop, my husband and kids have never let me take a day off, and i feel like a battery running down, i even cry sometimes when i look and see that no one picks up after their self especially my husband i say stuff to them but i think they blow me off, i do make my kids come and do it, but my husband just says the famous line i'll do it later, why do women do this to themselves, where so not appreciated , but i am just so tired and wish i could just really relax. i do not have a job, but at home i do and i also do all the outside work and we have 4 acres sometimes it seems so much to keep up but i hate the city, i like the country, thanks for all of u

You Do have a job, raising a family and looking after those acres. Machelle, I pick up after my guy so much he must think he lives with a maid! But I can't help it, I need things neat. Have you ever read the book by Katie Byron "loving what is"...it really helped me realise that I do not have the power to change anyone else's behaviour, but I have the power to change how I react and feel about what they do. It has changed me for the better. You are so valuable and wonderful, don't forget that. ((((hugs))))

It sounds like you're facing some of that old-fashioned attitude toward country/farm wives and the problems it brings.

I know you like gardening - can you use that as your "me time", something that looks like "work" to your hubby and kids but is really a pleasure for you? It sounds like your situation is not one where you can just say to all "I need some time for myself each day." Perhaps you'd be more comfortable slipping it in via the gardening, in a way where you won't feel guilty. When I was a kid, I used to love hanging clothes out, and if I could have a clothesline in my neighborhood now, that would be part of my relaxation too: a nice cup of tea to sip between garments, fresh-smelling laundry, soft and warm breeze, and no reason whatsoever to rush through the task. Wow, I'm making myself all wishful and even a little relaxed just thinking of it.
