Preparing before going out

Anyway was wondering if anyone prepares in advance before going out.This Morning I laid out my Clothes,Cosmetics,Jewelry and all that kind of stuff.

I like to prepare beforehand and it saves time,so I don't feel as rushed.

When I have to be someplace,I usually don't sleep the Night before for obsessing and anticipating,but I like to have everything already prepared.I take a Go Red for Women Bag (got for free from the American Heart Association) and stuff it full of items I may need EG: Snacks,Anxiety/Panic Books etc.

I make a list too and check off as I go.I'll call it a smart list!

No other way to get there without my Friend.It's a 10-15 drive into the small City close-by and ATM (at the moment) she is the only Person I feel comfortable and "safe" enough to go with.We don't have Public transport.

I may have to cancel my Appointment anyway.I forgot about paying a Co-Pay and since my Insurance just changed,I don't have enough Money to pay a higher Co-Pay.

I'm happy how you prepare works well for you.I'd rather have everything prepared long before.

I DO want to LIVE again!I am telling ya Gal Xanax gives me COURAGE to try!If I can keep going out everyday whether it be walking down the sideway,getting mail at curb or taking trash to receptacle,it WILL get easier and less scarey.I have to give myself a push though and sometimes that is a lil hard..I come with Bum

Yes today is the big Day,however I had to cancel and reschedule my Appointment.My Sister Friend has Ascites an abnormal Fluid build up in her Abdominal cavity.My new appointment is for the Afternoon of July 2..
