I am sorry to hear that you are feeling bad. Try to be as positive as you can be. Tell yourself that you will get through this and you will feel better. What are somethings that you enjoy doing? Mabye by doing these, you can take your mind off of things. Think about
what fun things you can do this weekend with your family. Take deep breaths and picture a calm scenery on the beach or somewhere and try and visualize this. If you have some candles to light up, then they always can bring a soothing feeling to the soul. Or if you are at your home, clean up real good and mabye even rearrange. Change is always good. Try to keep yourself occupied. No matter how bad you begin to feel, remember that you are and will be okay. I know how you feel. And I have two babies, so when I feel bad, I still have to take care of them:) Try to make yourself happy. If you like gardens, mabye set some goals to make a pretty garden in your yard. Spend time with family you love. I hope you start to feel better. And you will. I know it is very hard. But you can do it. Keep telling yourself that.
