tried it --now what

i have read books--talk to professionals--nothing helps.  I know logically all the I dread most likely won't come true.  however it doesn't seem to matter because there is a part of me that just can't stop the anxiety and the feelign from surfacing.  I hate going out ,   I am worry we will be broke, . I know all the technigues to deal but it just doesn't help. I have these attacks will I feel a sort of tightnessin my chest and my heart racing.  It happens multiple times in a day.  The weird thing is it will happen when I am not anxious. when I am just zoned out on tv  or at work concentrating on a project     I don't know where to turn   I guess a part of me is coming ot the realization that this is my life.  I have seen others ay they have dealt withit for 40 years and I i guess this is my fate

Negative dialogue

You keep giving yourself negative reinforcements and the subconscious is going to believe everything you tell it.
How do I know this, well because I'm the queen of being negative and telling myself I can't succeed or will never get better

Of course we need to be realistic and know we will have anxiety until the day we are off this planet, but that doesn't mean you have to suffer from it. Choosing to suffer from anxiety is all our choice.
