travel anxiety

I weed you on your other post ........WELCOME AGAIN............

I use to have plenty of probs getting out my door until started to see life literally was passing me by

I could not wait till I got home to my comfort zone either
My doc says it is because here I can control what is going on
In the outside world I cannot and he is right

I started doing Cognitive behaviour Therapy ( listed in Resources at top under Wen's name)

Also there are so many more success stories on here and you can find them on pages either at front or on next pages

I do hope you will stay with us and find the care and support that is here within the a/p group it is much like a family
We do help others get thru as much as we possibly can

Keep posting and how about putting something in the
" I am and I suffer With " thread so we can get to know more about you IF you are comfy with that
