HIV ocd

Im pretty sure I have an HIV - OCD disorder . I had an exposure the very end of may and got tested for weeks after TWICE (an overnight and an 11 day test) . I know that a 4 week is not accurate but it should be a little encouraging right ? I have worried about it being a false-negative ever since then . I am a few days shy of being at the 12 week mark and am waiting to get tested again . I feel like I wasted all summer worrying about this . Sorry if this seems silly but it feels good to rant a bit...

I havnt really noticed any other ocd tendancies but now that I have been thinking about it I probably will.

If your tests have been done and you are worrying over the results I would like to suggest that you talk to a professional who might be able to help you deal with the OCD.
