Just checking in!

Hi,
Just thought I'd drop a line here seeing as I got great support and help when I was feeling a wee bit low. I have not got many serious anxiety attacks since... why? I don't know but its good! I got a promotiopn in my job and I have quite a bit of freelance work going on, plus quite a bit of partying so not much sleep and some stress but I still feel grand (Touch wood!)

Just on another random point which I know very little/none about is medication. I read that a lot of people take some type and there seems to be a lot of negative effects from them. I've never been to a doctor about my 'turns' but I'm kinda glad I don't take any pills. i don't like the thought of it. I guess its necessary in extreme cases though?

Thanks for checking in, and congrats on the promotion !! What great news.

I hope you continue to be mostly anxiety free.

Medication is neccessary for some of us who suffer severe anxiety/panic/depression. It can have some side effects to begin with, but once the right med is found it can make the world of difference! I am not unhappy or ashamed to be on my meds..If it works, do it!
