Scared-muscle twitching

Hi guys. I have had my muscles twitching NON stop. I feel like a popcorn machine, my hand will start going, then arm, then bum--it moves around just like my pains. I am SO scared I have ALS. I have been tested for everything else and all comes back fine. I cant get the twitching to stop, even when I wake up in my sleep I feel it.

So I have nerve testing done today to rule out ALS. I have been a total mess......

Hey there, I will pray that your test for ALS is negative and another reason for your sx will be found.  I am sorry you are going through this but know we care.  Please keep us posting.

its probably just Benign fasciculation syndrome , its just something that happens with no permanent problems, i do the same thing, when i take magnesium it makes it better, because it could be your magnesium level is low it was bad for a while but i hardly notice them happening anymore hope this help, wish you the best

Thanks Machelle. I had my nerve testing and thank god all was well.

Did you have any pain with your low magnesium?

some muscle soreness, not much though, just sometimes they (twitching)can be annoying, i am so glad your o.k. wink
