I would like to see afew more fun threads jus to kill the tediousness of work. You remember wher every1 one was going on magic carpet ride... Good times Or the threads wher every1 jus mentions something random tht cheered thm up tht day. Any threads highlighting the positive things in life are fine by me.

idea   Everytime some wonderful new person comes they always ask the same question how do u cope wiv ur anxiety.. wht little tip can u giv to help me cope. I thought mite be an idea to have a permanent thread wher every can put there coping techniques into so wen som1 new comes along its rite ther for thm to read and see wht works for them. It would slowly build up and serve as a sort of bible of coping techniques and personal experiences A/P.

what about a quote that people can copy down and paste that might help them with their anxiety? They print it out or write it down and put it on something they see everyday. I found a really neat quote that i liked and so i printed it out and taped it to my cell phone so i would read it and remember it.

"A mind that is anxious about future events is miserable"

Its a simple quote, but it was a constant remind to relax and keep things into realistic perspective.

I've got my flying carpet out and I've just sent it in for repairs (we managed to spill diet coke, nail polish and an awful lot of peanut butter last time we took a trip! Yeesh!) so start getting your things together and looking in the sky for me. Where do we want to travel????

I can always rustle up pumpkin pie from somewhere with whipped cream and a side order of turkey.

My Sister Beverly and her daughter did it to me again.......I must be stupid woman.  They called this morning to ask what I was doing today............they showed up about 12:30PM to take me to lunch.  That is the 3rd time now so I am putting on my thinking cap.

My sister needs 3 more rounds of chemo, the nephrostomy tube changed and a mesh basket into her leg to catch blood clots before they get to her lungs.  She was so disappointed as she  wanted to go home for Xmas. She must be an in hospital patient for all her chemo now as she reacted bad to it last time.

Maybe we can take her on a carpet ride in between sessions.

Big sis bring Cait along and I will bring Kayla and Amy. smhair

I'm sorry to hear that your sis has to spend x-mas in hospital. We will be whizzing past and picking her up on our way to our secret x-mas party location for sure. turn

Now I just have to figure out where that will be!!

Plenty of room for Cait, Kayla and Amy..can I bring my two cats along? They will make you laugh I promise
