Part 3 Coping with PTSD?

Hey Buddha,
Long time no see! After spending the summer in the pits of Hades,I'm doing better----thanks to you and the other fantastic people on this site. I see you've been having a rough time,and I guess this time of year is especially hard for you.I hope you have a better time than you fear,and I'd like to wish you and everyone else on this site a peaceful and happy Christmas.
Here's to a mentally well 2009! I'll be back posting on here in a few month's time,I expect---if my illness makes its' usual re-appearance,but hey,as Kitt says,"That's stinkin' thinkin'--kick it to the kerb!"
I never thought I would meet such kindness in cyber-space.Big thanks to everyone who offered their help.I hope I can repay you all in the same way.
