5:01am I love Kirby and Kirby loves me. Sniff, I feel so stupid, dumb, and smart at the same time... I'm scared mentally I don't know what to do sad

I feel so confused, I read things and I don't understand them. I don't know what to do :| everything is too overwhelming.

Sorry you are having such a rough time Paulos. I hope that you are feeling better this morning. Sometimes when I am having panic attacks I can read the same sentence over and over and still not know what it says because I can't focus on anything but the panic.

I am very worried about you but I am at a loss on how to help you other then to keep telling you we all believe in you.

Any chance you could go to treatment center or outpatient therapy?

You are a good person and you need help now to get you to a better place.

Things will start to get better, you just have to believe:) Take care of your self, and don't focus on negative things, just focus on a funny movie, book or something. I wish you the best:)

Im with Kitt- Paulos if your primary physician could refer you to a good counsellor/therapist etc, that would probably help you deal with life at the moment. no one deserves to live in fear.
