I haven't been able to get on here in quite some time!
My first time ever I went to a therapist a few days ago for anxiety. I was sooo nervous! I was asking people on here questions about what to expect and what will happen, etc. so thanks to everyone who helped.
It went over pretty well. I'm still feeling a bit nervous about the whole thing, but I hope on high that it will help me.
Has anyone gone through with therapy for anxiety? I feel like I shoudl give up but I know that I shouldn't. I' m just a little hesitant on how this will work...
