HEADACHES, DIZZINESS AND TINGLING

Hi everyone,

for the last few months I've been having frequent headaches and shock like sensations and tingling in my head. I've had similar symptoms in the past but the sysmptoms would come and go and I could go for a while before feeling them again. During the last few months these symptoms are VERY common and last pretty much all day. I've had an MRI about 2 years ago when all this started with no findings. I had a CT scan 6 months ago with no results. I've seen a neurologist twice and he is baffled. I am scheduled to have another MRI soon. Needless to say i am very discouraged and have a hard time having a normal day. Anyone else have anything similar?

Glad you are getting checked out to rule anything physical out. I get headaches when I'm stressed and when I have anxiety I feel tingling in most of my body. Try taking deep controlled breathes through your nose and see if that helps. Also, do you have allergies or a cold? When I am experiencing either of those my head feel fuzzy. A decongestant helps me for that. Good luck with everything. No shock like sensations for me though. I only experienced that when I was on Paxil.

i get the shock like sensations you describe. they are really weird and unsettling. no one can explain to me why i get them, but i do and i absolutely hate it. im sorry i cant offer advice, as i dont know what causes my own symptoms, but at least you know you arent alone with this.
