Pain in the armpits

Does anyone experience pain smhair in the left armpit close to your periods, the pain isnt anywhere near the breast just in the armpit.

It might be one of your lymph nodes.  We have them in our armpits and if we're dealing with any infection or inflammation, hormone changes, they'll get tender sometimes.  Do you feel any lumps if you press into your armpit?

 

Our periods will cause lots of strange things to happen.  Oh the joys!  Might want to run this past your doctor.

hey ginny thanks for that..yeah thats why am not to worried and havent seen my doctor cause i cant feel a lump what so eva, but i is quite painfull. turn might have to go and check it out hmmmmm...

Yes, I get that sometimes! I think I had a thread about it a couple of years ago. It always goes away in a couple of days and I don't have a lump, it just hurts.

I do not get that but I did find the old thread for you. Just click on the link and the old thread will pop up.  Lots of ideas in the thread.

If it is bothering you to the point that you feel you need to have it looked at by your physician by all means do make an appointment.

yep it sounds like your glands/lymph nodes. your doctor can confirm that for you- hope you feel better soon
