OK, I am willing to go first..............your all sleeping I hope so I will be sleeping in the morning........... smhair

I am going to:

Give what I can

Keep sharing

Keep listening & listen better

Be supportive

I am going to do more asking the questions, "What do you need?" and "How can I help/serve you?" Many people say nothing because they have trouble putting in words what they need or their situation is so overwhelming they have no idea where to start. So if they don't know or say 'nothing,' then I will ask, "Can I _________?"

I am going to try to make the world a better place because I live and serve within it.

smile at strangers

random acts of kindness

give more to charity

listen to the needs of others

make myself available to help others

watch less awful reality tv. no, really.

Be nice and honest to others.  Try and bring a smile to someone else through out the day.

idea   have one day of being really polite, helping mothers get their prams up stairs. Smiling at strangers and saying good evening to them. Giving 50p to the homeless man on my way home or mayb just a cup of tea.

Morning all!!!

Anyone ever watch "Evan Almighty?" The part in there that touched me is when "God" draws in the dirt the letters "A.R.K." for Evan when asked how he could change the world.

One Act of Random Kindness at a time :)

I really believe in this, because sometimes that is all any of us average people can do :)

I agree with the random acts of kindness.  Just doing a little thing for someone can mean alot to them.  I always try to help out when I see someone who needs it.

:-)  I'm a smile and say Hello kinda person to people in the hallways at the hospital where I work and asking the patients or their family if they need anything.  Smile to someone and they will pass it on to others.  A simple hug can go a LONG way as well.  We are all under a great deal of stress and chaos at work right now and there are certain people who wear their feelings on their sleeves (me included) and we've been passing around a whole lot of hugs lately.  Simply saying a three word phrase to close family and friends "I love you" means so much as well.  Also, the random acts of kindness do go a long way.
