Iceberg Lettuce!When I can't get to Wal-Mart for the dark Leafy Salad Greens and buy Lettuce at the Market in Town all they carry is Iceberg.about 2 Weeks ago,I felt bloated 2 Evenings in a row after eating Salad made with Iceberg..
Occasionally I do have a heaviness feeling in my Chest without experiencing that Bloated feeling.I think it's nothing more than our precious ol Friend...Anxiety!
