im sorry i cant help you, i dont know enough about that, but you would maybe be better off posting this question in the Chronic Pain forum as many people are on it there and may have more experience and a better understanding of what you are going through.

Glad to meet you. I wish it was better circumstances although. The only advice I can give you is to keep letting you doc know how you are feeling and besides that I would try to stay in the moment and do some relaxing things that you enjoy doing to keep you mind off of the anxious feelings. I understand about pain driven anxiety because I have a costo (inflammation of chest/ribs) and it hurts so bad sometimes that I used to freak out. I took CBT and a few other relaxation techniques and this helped me learn to cope with those feelings. Where are you hurting/What is your illness?

Hi, there! I'm so sorry you're having this tough situation right now.

Does your doctor have a message center or an on-call office that you can contact with questions when his/her office is closed? If so, it may be possible to get your refill before Monday, but I know that also depends on the hours your pharmacy keeps over the weekend.

I'm sorry I don't know anything about chronic pain nor the oxycodone. I hope other members will be along soon with better advice.

Sorry you are hurting. I would suggest if your doc will give a call back to get ahold of him if an emergency or just going to the E.R. Hopefully you can relax and not need either, but that is up to you.
