I just thought I would share a wonderful story with you all :)  I am so darned happy right now and proud of myself. . . Now let me tell you a story. . .

Once upon a time I was a very active person that used to go clubbing, run around taking cross country road trips with my friends, night walks for miles, skating in the dark with a gang of people, and late night shopping at Wal-Mart in some of the bigger towns around us.  I just got back from my first midnight run in several years to the Supercenter nearby. . . A good fifty mile trip and back home again just to buy some games to help me stay in the moment when I need the extra help.  I was feeling a bit of anticipatory anxiety about going after hitting the road with my best friend, the lines were whooshing buy, lights blinding me in the mirrors, and all the stuff that can cause a panic attack.  I kept making myself untense my muscles, kept my breathing normal, and thought about all of you my dear family.  We sang the whole road trip and I went into the store smiling and being very friendly to everyone, bought my games, and we headed back to the farm :)  I can't say I didn't have my moments, but I used my techniques and survived with flying colors, lol :)  I am so happy to feel a great part of me coming back again :)

I would do a handstand, but I might bump my head, lol :)

Dear Bro,

That was great, awesome and inspiring. I will be thinking of throwing my Midnight Margarita party (virgin  margarita for me) again soon.  If you can do it, I can have some fun too.  I want out of Panic's Ville and into Margarita Ville. smhair

You are AMAZING!  I am so thrilled for you that you made it and had fun doing it.  It feels so good to get pieces of your life back and does wonders for you confididence!  Keep going, you can do this!  I'm so so happy for you!

Thank you all for the support :) Lil Nikki's post inspired me to try to inspire people as well :) I actually took the day off yesterday and was selfish to do what I wanted for once and it was nice :) Now I have tons of cleaning to do because my lovely sis and friends don't have the ocd when it comes to my house like I do, but that is okay. . . they did their best and gave me a break that I needed so much :)

I would not have made it through as well if it was not for all of you all :) You know that you have some super excellent family/friends when you think about them through the course of your day :) Thank you all so much for giving that to me as well. . . It is such a blessing in my life you awesome and beautiful people you :)

Midnight Margaritas???? I'm on my way lil sis! I have seen this in a few movies my favorite being "Practical Magic" :) I've never done it though, but I think that needs to change. I'm finally ready for some new fun in my life, lol :)
