"What is your favourite way to unwind?"

 

For me, its reading in bed after i have taken my night meds. so reading, or watching a movie from the comfort of my bed and a decaff chai latte!

I guess my answer to your question would be a wonderful massage but that does not happen very often.

So music would be the correct answer.

When I am really upset or NEED to relax...besides throwing or smashing things I force myself to burn aromatheropy and have a hot tub with oils, candles, glass of grape juice and a cigarrette in the tub....usually unwinds me latley! gillxx

yay me too! listening to the hottest 100 is tradition! i wonder who will make number one? any ideas? im going next door for a barby and a pool party with the stereo blaring JJJ- and im taking a day off from being a vegetarian and im gonna have some lamb!

2) Computer game and iced tea

3) Short movie or documentary and blanket on couch

4) Interesting book with kitties in lap
