Skitt im so sorry to hear about your sister, my deepest sypathies got out to you and your family. I nearly cried reading some of the posts .

Im currently going on going on 5months without using anti-depressants and had my fair share of ups and downs with anxiety in that 5months, right now everything is ok and im planning to go aslong as i can without using any meds. The moods swings and implusive behaviour i used to get on my meds have become much much more stable and I really think now tht citaelopram did make me atleast aittle bipolar. When i do go back to using meds im going to ask doc for different med other than Citaelopram or ask him to consider prescribing a mood stabliser aswel. Hopefully tht will help curb the implusive behaviour and mood swings. Im not naive enough to think i can go my whole life without ever using meds again.

Sorry for losing touch for so long been a crazy old year 2009.
