I just can't stop crying and feeling sad, I don't know what to do .... I don't know what to do with myself, why ... why must man suffer like this...

If you would give more information someone maybe even me might be able to comfort you. Or even just listen to whatever it is that is eatting you.
We are here to support and help eachother through rough times. But we can't help with so little information.

Allestaria is right. We can't help you unless you tell us what is wrong. You keep posting but you hardly say why you are suffering. It would be better if you can just share with us what you are feeling right now. We will be waiting for your post. Thanks.

I hope you will feel able to tell us a bit more about what is happening with you soon. I was worried when I first posted on here,but I've had a good experience,and lots of kindness and useful advice from the community on this site.
Don't worry if you think you sound a bit confused or disjointed---it isn't always easy to talk about emotions,especially if you think you're going crazy(I know that from experience!).There's always someone around on this site who's ready to listen. Would you be able to tell us a bit more about yourself? You sound quite anxious----want to say a bit more about that? Have you got any support,or do you feel alone? Hope to hear from you soon.

If you don't share your problems we cannot respond.
You have been a member since 2007, I feel like it is time for you to start opening up and talking to us.

I know a fair amount  of your hx and I am wondering if that is causing your feelings and the cryptic posts you are leaving?

I am also going to requst that you start a thread for yourself and then continue posting in the thread.  It is confusing when you have 4 threads on the board .  You would receive more responses if you stuck to one thread re your issues.  :-)

Paulos, the only way you'll get help is to ask for it. Asking for help includes telling your story. It's time to let it all out and move on. Maybe you're afraid to get better? Maybe you don't know what lies ahead and it's frightening? This is no way to live. open up to your friends here and let's get to the bottom of your problem(s).

Well Paulos, I just read some of your very old posts....in the archive and it looks like you shared your stories before which means you can share again. Don't ever feel uncomfortable talking and asking for support. We are all here to support you. Let us know what is going on so we can help.

melodee is correct, you use to tell your story and if you fell we would help you up and you would get back on track.  I am wondering if you feel we will not keep helping you.

I can only guess until you tell us what is happening?
