does anyone have any tips on nipping a bout of depression and anxiety in the butt.
'The Black Dog' as Churchill described it is apt. I was fine but a couple of things happened in the last few hours that leaves me feel like a deflating baloon and my thoughts are running havoc around an already fryed brain.
I'm on the verge of an all out anxiety attack but medicated myself so i can present as a normal human being at work, perhaps a little slow, but a person in some shape or form.
I'm spent trying to be normal!
