Good Morning,
I suspect that your BP is up second degree to the anxiety and the worrying you are going through. If you had a consistent high BP reading I would hope your physician would start you on a BP med but yours seems to be normal and then somewhat elevated when your in the clinic.
I would make an appointment with a psychiatrist and/or therapist to start working on getting a good handle on your anxiety.
I believe you know you have anxiety but are still looking for the physical reason for it. If you reread your post you will see the many stressors in your life...............missing your family, worrying about your sx even after you have been reassured that all tests are within normal range.
I would try hard to let go of your fears and stay in the moment. Keep in mind that living in the past or the future doesn't leave you with much attention for the present.
You are among friends here and we all understand this nasty disorder called anxiety.
I wish you peace,
Kitt
