SO I was thinking last night about
all the things that I do when I'm anxious and wondering if anyone else does these sort of things. Its almost like a tic, I know I'm doing it but I can't get myself calmed down enough to just stop. I also know that doing these things generally just makes me more anxious but its like looking up side effects from drugs or symptom checkers... I can't seem to resist without some serious willpower.
*Check my pulse constantly
*Rub my neck/under my collar bone
*Check my fingers/toes to make sure they aren't turning blue
*Check my calves/feet to make sure they aren't swollen or look like I might have a clot
*Freeze and listen to the skipping heartbeat
