Don't know why but I have experienced the same symptoms. My sunstroke was from my time in Africa. Others that had spent many years there there told me when I arrived that they wore headcoverings not because of religious reasons, but because of becoming over sensitive to the sun, so I have never wondered why I have these symptoms. Also not everyone on our team were effected in the same way from prolonged sun exposure. Rest and slowly recovering was the only thing that cured my symptoms, but I still have to cover my head, and drink lots of water whenever I am out in the sun for extended periods of time, even after 14 years. With the anxiety, you might want to explore why you had the sunstroke with a counselor. Again not sure, but the reoccuring pain might make you remember the sunstroke event.
Blessing and Hope you find your cure,
