hey everyone well i have'nt been on in awhile but i been going through so much. just livin at a friends and just feeling so lost. we went to the mall the other day and of course i freaked my panic attack was huge so i hate to wait outside in the rain and people were just staring at me. This anxiety is killing me i cant even go to a walmart or the movies im so trapped i just dont wanna live anymore if im going to be like this forever!!!! please someone help!!!!

im not on here alot but if anyone can email me it goes directly to my phone i need as much support as i can get.

Hi jcaraballo84! I am sorry you are having such a hard time these days. Have you seen your family doctor or a therapist about how you are feeling? If not, that might be a good next step for you.

Hi,

I read your post, and it sounded so much like me several years ago that I just had to respond to you.  I have been right where you are, unable to go out and terrified every time I tried.  I agree with Nanners that you should start with seeing your doctor and/or finding a good therapist that knows about anxiety and panic attakcs.  You can change your life, you can get to a better place than where you are now.  Believe me, I was where you are, and I'm doing very well with the anxiety/panic now.  Keep posting here and let us all know what we can do to help!
