Buspar

anyone take buspar?  i take 5 mg twice a day - i'm afraid to take 10 because in the mrning it makes me so drowsy for about an hour.  i dont notice much difference when i take it.  anyone else have any luck with it?

Buspar works for me. I take 2 10mg per day. I have no adverse side effects, don't think it makes me sleepy, don't think it makes me hungrier. I took Buspar 18 months ago in the midst of a very very bad cycle of anxiety and it didn't seem to help. But it is doing well now treating my moderate anxiety. And it's cheap - it's one of the $4 for 30 days or $10 for 90 days prescriptions. It's really made a difference in my quality of life.
