panic

my name is clara.for 6 months now i have not been well.it started with headaches.then my head feeling weird and numb all the time.i feel shaky all the time.my face gets burning red.feels so hot.my head feels like its shaking from the inside.it has interfered with my life to the point where i dont want to get out of bed.cant do nothing with my son snymore.or my grand daughter.when i try to sleep at night i get these weird feeling in my head.it hit me out of the blue.i was fine then not fine.had 4 cat scans and mri .all good.im scared to take antidepressants because of side effects

Welcome to the forum glad you found us....has there been life altering things happen to you in prior 6 mths that may hv brought this on,,,,not all anti depressants hv severe side effects and it is proven they do help have you tried short acting meds like xanax or ativan ....just throwing some things out there..are there any other things going on with you ..plz know we are here for you///kitt has given great advice //// lyn
