crohn's patient who has bad anxiety and sleep

I currently take serax 15mg x2 for anxiety and restoril 30mg x2 for sleep but it's not that good anymore, wondering about zanex for anxiety, don't care about addiction thing i want to sleep and not be anxious, can anybody help with suggestions?

i never found oxazepam or restoril any good for me but it does help some ppl
i hv CD n take ativan n diazapam
they work better for me with all i hv going on
as well i found with the restoril if you didnt fall asleep with 30 45 minutes of taking it it would work the opposite n i would hv a hangover kind of feeling from it
im sure others will be along with input

Hey Artist guy, I too have Crohns and anxiety. I take Xanax myself for my anxiety. It really doesn;t make me sleepy, but it does help to calm my mind. I tried Valium first but it just gave me rebound anxiety. Good luck!

Hey there,

My hubby has CD and Ativan is working for him to help with sleep and his anxiety which has been running high.

Trazodone 100mg works well for me for sleep and I have Anxiety/Depression DX.

I am taking ativan n it does help me
i also take trazadone for sleep stops my thinking cycle or most of it anyways
keep us posted on how you are doing

restoril/temazepam never had an effect on me so i was taken off them but each of us are different
personally i think xanax or ativan is better
like kitt diazepam had a different effect with me i got down right miserable on them
