My boyfriend has been getting attacks very often now for no reason? Sometimes we fight and he will get one but sometimes its for no reason.
How can i help over the phone?

Good Morning,
You have a couple of choices. You could try to be a good listener, or you could suggest he go to the local mental health clinic and talk to someone who deals with these issues on a daily basis.
I wish you both peace.

I also have panic attacks while on the phone. It's like I get all out of breath, nervous and in a big hurry to hang up!

I always try to help and calm him down, but I also get them, but before he started having them so often mine were fine, but when he gets one I get scared and begin to worry. I get all sweaty and my heart races, I can't breath. Although his are much worse, I'm just not sure how to help besides try to calm him down.

You know your bf the best so perhaps trying to get him talking about
something that will take his mind of his anxiety if possible would help.
As for yourself, you need to take care of yourself and if that means you cannot be his go to person as it triggers your own anxiety then do try to get him to see his Dr.
Kindly,

TOTALLY in agreement with Kitt on this
you need to look after you first...
