Anxiety and panic since my early teens

Hello all,

I am F. I am new to this forum, though have read some post in times of great need which have helped me tremendously. Currently 25 years old around 6'5,College educated, soon to be pursuing post-graduate education. Have had anxiety and panic since my early teens that I can remember. Family history of various mental/mood disorders. Diagnosed with Bipolar and IBS November 2009, though problems started earlier in life. Always had some type of stomach/head problems, they just did not rear their ugly head so to speak, until then. It's been off and on turmoil ever since. Stress has always been some what of a problem and I tend to think of the worst and over analyze just about everything.Have had a lot of stressful recent life experiences lately ( bought a house, proposing, wedding planning, mother serious health problems, grandmother serious health problems, not knowing one month or so if going to have a job, on top of working in a very stressful environment, not to mention myself being a hypochondriac on top of high stress already i bring upon myself, etc.) Hoping to stay apart of these forums and draw from the experiences of everyone else who is brave enough to share their stories and life with me to help me find some direction and to make peace with myself and my issues.

i like Kitt hv had a/p for many many yrs but you can get thru it
yes you wil still hv bad days but they too can become further n further apart
glad you joined us n i too know others will pop in to say hello
