Hi all-
I just realized I have been posting and haven't introduced myself here yet. I am pretty well known at the GERD forum, but a rarity here. I do have anxiety issues along with depression that has come from pain, inability to work right now and some other unknown issues, as best as I can tell. I do see a therapist on a pretty regular basis right now, Thanks Kitt!. I am currently taking Ativan, Cymbalta, and seroquel for these.

Hello Bill and I am so glad to see you here in the A & P Forum. 

I was on Ativan, Cymbalta and Trazadone combo at one time.  My P-doc had increased the Cymbalta to 120 mg which literally had me on the floor as it drop my BP.  That was 2 years ago.

Over the years I have been on many combos and currently I use Effexor XR 150 mg, Valium 2-8mg daily, and Trazadone 150mg for sleep.  I also use a low dose of Buspar for the anxiety, 15mg twice daily. 

As you know I have a really great therapist whom I see monthly right now with the option of seeing her more often if I need too.  She really helps bring me out of the " what if " thinking and has helped me learn to stop beating myself up.

i take ..w/o falling on face btw..lol,,,
5 1 mg ativan daily ..n 2 10 mg diazepam
i tk 2 ativan at HS ..night..as well as 50 mg of trazadone n still dont sleep
the reason im on this much benzos is to stop noise in head from being deaf but nerves still active
im getting COCHLEAR IMPLANTS n will hear again so im tapering my ativan use now

Hey Bill- welcome. I'm new on here too- mostly find me at the Rheumatoid Arthritis forum but I have my share of anxiety too....

Hey Bill,  I have osteoarthritis.  shocked .  I ask the Doc today if I was a candidate for  "total body" surgery.  LOL
