I am proud of you on how far you have come. It sounds like you are getting caught up in the "what ifs" - what if I can't make it without my therapist ? Try to turn that thinking around and give yourself permission to go back to see a therapist when you feel you need to. Remember the "no man is an island" saying.
I have been in therapy for a long time but decided to go it on my own for a bit with the option that if I felt I needed to go back even for a few sessions that it would be ok. Knowing I have the safety net of see a therapist eases my mind and I hope you will feel the same way.
I still see my Pdoc every other month now so I do have contact with a professional on my calander which helps me stay in the moment.
