the insurance. Hopefully that will allow you to get some of the help that you wisely recognize could help you.

I do not have a therapist, I am getting one.Hopefully this girl i am going to talk to on the 6th will be good for me.I am not on any medication, but I know she will put me on something.
I just wanted to point out one thing here. You may want or need to look into seeing more than one professional. It's not very common these days for a single provider to be able to provide therapy AND medication. Usually psychiatrists specialize in medication but do not provide therapy, while psychologists and social workers provide therapy but not medication. There are some exceptions, but by far most people see both a therapist and a doctor (psychiatrist) when seeking medication and counseling.

I have had the worse day ever.first I had an anxiety attack at school. Then I had a really bad panic attack and almost wrecked, then 2 more followed shortly after and I'm so firkin tired. sigh...
What came to mind when I read this was how you had four attacks in such a short period of time. It makes me wonder if you're panicking about
panicking. In other words, you had an attack at school and were shaken up by it. So you were thinking about
it and probably hoping to prevent another one which is anxiety provoking and could have caused another attack. It's like a domino effect.
But it sounds like you'll be getting some help soon and as you said, that's good news. It'll take some time, but you should feel good simply knowing that you're doing something positive to better yourself.
